I have been seeing BJ for Reiki for three years now and I can honestly say that from the moment the treatment starts it is nothing less than total relaxation and pure escapism, it almost feels like you leave all that mindful stuff behind at the door and this is all about you and exactly what you came for. After each treatment I feel totally and completely relaxed both in mind and body and have a wonderful nights sleep.

Before Reiki, I was feeling a little lost emotionally. My sleeping pattern was becoming affected and generally struggling to find a balance in my mind. I felt a little apprehensive about what to expect from the session. Naturally, I felt nervous but after a few moments in the company of B, I felt very much at ease. The atmosphere was very calming and the music had an instantly soothing effect.

At the beginning of the session, B talked through taking breaths for relaxation which further helped my nerves to subside. I felt a build up of immense pressure and tension within, like something rising to the surface. The energy I experienced was incredible and induced a very powerful rush of emotion, releasing the tension and pressure I was experiencing. After the session I felt emotional but calm and relaxed, like any anxiety that was present beforehand had been lifted. I was made to feel completely comfortable and at ease in showing my feelings and we talked through what I had experienced.

Since my first session I feel an inner peace, like I have been opened up to new energy and feelings. I was unsure what to expect from Reiki, but would never have imagined to be moved so deeply. I now have very restful sleep and have experienced vividly soothing dreams. I have also developed a closer connection to my own emotions and others around me.

I am already looking forward to my next session and without the initial nerves I felt, I am sure that the experience will continue to become more powerful with time.
